The staff unfortunately ignores you most of the time, (or the member I had dealt with), and are very unhelpful in most situations. My rating will change whenever the owner responds to my ticket.

** Staff will not replenish any items without proof, and are too lazy to use core protect to prove items were placed in their location. And, they will ignore you if you ask if anything can be done.
