You survive in the wilderness a high rich place on one side and a dangerous wasteland on the other. Once you leave the red circle no rules apply instead of chat. Stay away from rich and staff as they have high security houses and will kill you on sight but wastelanders and poor are willing to make friends to help themselves and you.
