How To Install PixelMon:

1. Download the the files from the links above
2. Open the forge.rar then double click it twice and a window should pop up
3. Install forge client
4. Once you installed forge go to %appdata% and open .minecraft
5. If you see a mods folder drop the pixelmon and coustom npcs in it as a .rar if you don;t see a mods folder just make one
6. Drop the texturepack in the resource packs folder.
7. You are all set to go

Make sure you have run 1.6.4 at least one time
When starting your minecraft go to "Edit profile" and change the version to the one that says "Forge"
