My server 99% griefable. It consists of a HUGE city map where everything outside of spawn is completely griefable. It has factions, and anything along the lines of PVP and raiding are completely allowed. There are towers outside of spawn made of resources which are yours to mine as you see fit. The server is best played with many people, so tell your friends, and come on down to grief city today! Oh and please, grief your hearts out.
