The Institution is a free Minecraft server, basically it is a factions server. There are also other plugins such as jobs (so you can earn money and buy stuff at our shop).

On the other hand, there are other things to do, for example a Game World, where you can play Hunger Games, at this moment there are 2 available maps, and other 2 that are almost ready. You can also play Mob Arena and Minigames (spleef, etc).

About ranks, there are staff ranks and other "free ranks", for example Builder (creative gamemode), you need to build 3 good structures and then apply on forums. Also you can get an "advertiser" or youtuber rank, by making a video about the server and getting at least 100 views.
