Here at Virginx, we strive to make a friendly, active community. Unlike most other servers, Virginx staff are hand picked and not done purely through staff applications. This means not only will the staff be fully capable, they will also be trusted by myself, and ima_jigglo, so there is a much lower chance they will abuse their power. We take staff picking very seriously, so not everyone will get a staff position. This may seem strict, but we need to keep a tight connection between all staff so that they can perform to the best of their abilities.
