That's Legitimate And Final. Sometimes Server Will Be Whitelisted Due To Repairs But When It Will Be Whitelisted, It Will Be Mentioned In The MOTD And When Whitelist will Be Off So You Can Connect Again. And Sometimes Server Might Be Down For 5 Minutes For A Possible Bukkit Update Or To Let The Laptop Turn Off To Cool Down Since Its Nearly Run 200hr's/week.
