In a prison server all you really need to do is get your kit and go and mine in the mine.
When you first join you will need to go and mine in /warp A mine because you start off in the rank A.

When you go mining, when you get enough items you can sell them at the shop that is at that mine and when you get enough money you can do /rankup which will move you to the next rank up!
